Insurance

Self-drive fully comprehensive insurance is for one named driver, aged 25-70. If you wish to add additional driver(s) you may do so at no extra cost, as long as we see the required I.D.

Breakdown Cover

For peace of mind on your holiday all vehicles are covered by full AA Comprehensive Breakdown Cover.

Mileage

There is no mileage restriction up to 500m. If you go further, then there is an additional charge of 20p per mile.

Collection

Vehicles can be collected between 2pm and 4pm and must be returned between 9am and 11am.

All collections are from the workshop address as on our contact page.

Payment

In order to confirm your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £250 per week hired. The balance of the hire cost must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the hire date. This saves time on the day of your holiday.

We accept all major credit and debit cards or cash. Cheques must be cleared prior to hire.

There is also a refundable deposit of £500 to be payed by credit card. This is to cover the insurance excess in the event of an accident. The refundable deposit will be returned to you on return of your holiday, subject to an inspection for damages.

Identification

Please don't forget to bring your identification for each driver when you come to pick up your camper van. Your driving license is essential. If you do not have a photographic driving licence please bring your driving license and your passport as we require photographic ID.

We also require proof of address i.e. a recent utility bill stating name and address.
